We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

RewindUK is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances once the parcel has been dispatched.

3. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition
All original packaging must be included
Proof of purchase is required

Pre-loved items may show minor signs of wear and are sold as described. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Pre-Loved Items Disclaimer

As part of our commitment to sustainable shopping, we sell pre-loved items. While we thoroughly check products, minor cosmetic imperfections may be present. Any noticeable defects will be clearly stated in the product description.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
