At RewindUK, we sell a mix of new and pre-loved items. Each product listing clearly states the condition. Pre-loved items may show minor signs of wear, which will always be described honestly.

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary during busy periods.
3. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
4. Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

5. Can I return pre-loved items?
Yes, as long as they meet our return conditions. However, minor cosmetic wear described in the listing is not considered a fault.
